Please note that starting from 13 February 2012, all applications for a UK visa must be paid for online using the UK Border Agency online application system. Payment must be made before going to the UK visa application centres to submit a printed copy of the application form and biometric data. If application form is completed before 13 February 2012 the UK visa application centres will be able to accept the visa fees in cash until 29 February 2012. After this date applicants who have completed application forms but have not paid online will have to re-apply and pay the visa fee online.

We operate five visa application centres in Moscow, St Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk and Rostov-on-Don. 	Who decides if I will get a visa?
	Your visa application will be processed and decided by UK Border Agency staff. VFS staff does not, play any part in or influence the outcome of your visa application. If VFS staff claims to be able to influence your application, you should notify in writing the Head of Visa Services at the British Embassy in Moscow.
