Complaints
The UKBA aims to offer a fair and professional service to all our
customers. We welcome feedback that helps us to focus on where
we need to improve
If you have received particularly good service from us, or if
you have any complaints or comments or are concerned about the
standard of service you received, please let us know. We investigate
all complaints fully and will send you a reply within 20 days.
You can send us your comments/complaints by:
- Either speaking to or emailing to the Visa Application Centre Supervisor info@ukvac-ru.com;
- E-mailing your complaint for the attention of the Entry Clearance Manager at the
British Embassy, Moscow moscow.visaenquiries@fco.gov.uk; or the British Consulate St Petersburg.
