Complaints
The UK Border Agency at the British Embassy in Moscow, and VFS,
aim to offer a fair and professional service to all our customers.
We welcome feedback that helps us to focus on where we need to
improve
If you have received particularly good service from us, or if
you have any complaints or comments or are concerned about the
standard of service you received, please let us know. We investigate
all complaints fully and will send you a reply within 20 days.
You can send us your feedback by:
- Either speaking to or emailing to the visa application centre

- E-mailing your complaint for the attention of the Visa Manager
